These Terms of Use govern access to HVAC Dispatch Association websites, course materials, assessments, resources, certificate records, and verification tools. By purchasing, creating an account, accessing the course, or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Course access

  • Course access is tied to the student account and checkout email used during enrollment.
  • Accounts are for the enrolled student or authorized purchaser and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or used by multiple people unless HVAC Dispatch Association approves a team or organization arrangement in writing.
  • Students are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for keeping account information accurate.

Training materials

Course lessons, graphics, resources, checklists, assessments, certificate designs, and other site materials are owned by HVAC Dispatch Association or used with permission. Students may use course materials for personal training and internal reference. Copying, publishing, reselling, distributing, or creating a competing course from the materials is not allowed.

Assessments and certificates

  • Certificates are issued after the student completes the required course path and passes the final assessment under the rules in effect at the time of completion.
  • The certificate name is based on the student account information and may be corrected if a clerical error is identified.
  • Issued certificate records may remain valid even if course requirements are updated later.
  • HVAC Dispatch Certification is a professional training credential. It is not a government license, code-compliance license, employment guarantee, or guarantee of job performance.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse certificate numbers, submit false account information, copy assessment content for distribution, or use the site in a way that harms other users or the training platform.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through WooCommerce and third-party payment processors. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy posted on this site.

Site changes and availability

HVAC Dispatch Association may update lessons, resources, assessments, prices, policies, and site features over time. We aim to keep the course available and accurate, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, hosting, payment processing, or security reasons.
